We started Wellspring & Co. with one clear intention: to make work better for everyone. After years working across hospitality, HR, and tech, we saw a pattern. Broken processes. Burnt-out teams. Big goals, with no clear path to get there.
We knew there had to be a better way.
So, we became the team that brings clarity where there’s chaos. We help businesses untangle their operations, design systems that actually get used, and build cultures where people feel seen, safe, and set up to succeed.

Our Founder
Wellspring & Co. was founded by Jess Wells, a systems thinker with a hospitality heart. With over a decade of experience leading teams and projects across industries, Jess brings empathy, structure, and an uncanny ability to make people feel seen. She’s known for her no-fluff, human-first approach to operational excellence and for reminding everyone that people are the point.
